Greetings,

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is pleased to invite you to participate in the tender for the renewal of Dataiku Enterprise Edition licenses, support, upgrade and training services, and additional licenses.

Tender Issue Date: 16/10/2026

The supplier shall clearly disclose in its proposal whether any part of the works or services will be performed by a subcontractor.
The scope of work assigned to the subcontractor and the percentage of its participation must be clearly and comprehensively specified.
Please enter prices in UAE Dirhams excluding VAT, as the system will calculate VAT automatically.
The technical specifications, terms and conditions shall be subject to those stipulated in the specifications document attached on the Procurement Platform.
Please review the attached contract, as it is the Ministry’s approved contract template, and the supplier’s participation in the tender shall be deemed an acknowledgment of and agreement to its terms.
Please ensure that the activity stated in the trade license is consistent with the subject of the tender.

We would like to clarify that the first round is dedicated to the submission of technical proposals only; therefore, please attach the technical proposal without entering any prices, as pricing is not required at this stage. After the round is closed and the technical proposals are evaluated, a limited round will be launched for companies that meet the technical specifications to submit their financial proposals. Following the closure of the financial round, companies that achieve the highest National In-Country Value scores will be invited to participate in the reverse auction for the purpose of negotiating prices, provided that the invited companies will be notified one week prior to the auction date.

During the first round, please attach the technical proposal, the National In-Country Value certificate, and its attachments on the Electronic Procurement Platform, placing each document in its designated field, and do not attach the financial proposal or enter any prices at this stage. The company will be disqualified if the financial proposal is attached under the technical proposal field.

Very Important Note: Please create an account through the link below for the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s Supplier Qualification and Evaluation System, complete the required information, and attach all documents required for supplier qualification, as this is an essential condition for the award, instead of the previous manual form.
