MoIAT Exhibition Stand at ADIPEC 2026 12707 Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology - (111/43912) The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) invites qualified companies to submit their technical and commercial proposals for the design, fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling of MoIAT’s exhibition stand at ADIPEC 2026, scheduled to take place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, in accordance with the scope of work and requirements outlined in the attached RFP. Initial contract value scenario
AED 345,000–1,035,000Scenario: 1 units at an assumed AED 300,000–900,000, plus 15% coordination and delivery. Assume one stand package covering design, fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance and dismantling. The stated event is November 2–5 at ADNEC; area and technical configuration await the scope list. This is not the buyer’s budget.
