RFQ-Civil Works & Provision of Electrical, Drainage & Plumbing Services in the new C Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute External Open The Abu Dhabi Government seeks suppliers for a vital project, offering an opportunity to contribute to the development of the new C. This project emphasizes the crucial need for building maintenance and repair services, specifically targeting the installation of specialized equipment and infrastructure upgrades. Suppliers are invited to propose solutions for dismantling and reinstalling existing furniture, supplying and installing fume cupboards, and undertaking wall demolition and pipeworks. The successful bidder will play a key role in enhancing the campus, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment through their expertise in electrical, drainage, and plumbing services.
Initial contract value scenario
AED 287,500–1,150,000Scenario: one initial upgrade package at an assumed AED250,000–1,000,000, plus15% coordination and delivery. It covers the listed furniture relocation, fume cupboards and wall/pipework scope, without line-item quantities, equipment counts or floor-area pricing.
