RFQ-DMT-RFP-26-110 Roads & Landscape in MBZ – Package (36) Main Contractor Zone D ADPIC - Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) Open The Employer (DMT) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Main Contractor on a re-measurable contract to execute and complete the "Upgrade of Infrastructure and Landscapes in MBZ (MBZ City) Zone D – Construction" Works in accordance with the Contract and as directed by the Employer or the Engineer, including remedying any defects in the Works, all within the specified Time for Completion. The "Upgrade of Infrastructure and Landscapes in MBZ (MBZ City) Zone D" (Package 36) is a strategic component of the wider Mohamed Bin Zayed City (MBZ) Enhancement Initiative. This strategic initiative by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) intends to improve liveability conditions for the residents of MBZ by enhancing the community infrastructure.
Initial contract value scenario
AED 28,750,000–115,000,000Scenario: 1 units at an assumed AED 25,000,000–100,000,000, plus 15% coordination and delivery. Assume one initial delivery package, not priced line by line against quantities or equipment lists.
