RFQ-DMT-RFP-26-078 Design and Construction of a Road and Bridge on Ramhan Island ADPIC - Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) Open This Project aims to establish a connection between E12 on Jubail Island to U53 plot on Ramhan Island through a road, bridge and causeway structures. The link has an approximate overall length of 2.6km. It will consist of three lanes: two traffic lanes (one in each direction) and one exclusive emergency lane. The main bridge (Ramhan Channel) will provide a minimum horizontal clear navigation opening of 2×30 m, with a vertical air draft clearance of 10 m above the Highest Astronomical Tide (HAT) level in the navigation channel.

AED 23,000,000–92,000,000Scenario: 1 units at an assumed AED 20,000,000–80,000,000, plus 15% coordination and delivery. The stated link is approximately 2.6km with road, bridge and causeway; assume one design/construction package, not priced line by line against a BOQ.
