RFQ-G492026 -تقديم خدمات زينة مدينة العين 2026 Al Ain City Municipality Open النشاط التجاري Tender Business Activity: على الشركات الالتزام بإرفاق نسخة من الرخصة التجارية في النظام (سارية المفعول)، علماً بأنه سيتم استبعاد أية شركة لا يوجد لديها النشاط والفئة التالية: التركيبات العامة لإضاءة الشوارع والإشارات المرورية أو تركيب الكهربائيات للمناسبات العامة والخاصة أو المقاولات الكهربائية أو تركيب التمديدات والتركيبات الكهربائية أو بيع معدات الانارة و لوازمها – بالتجزئة أو تنظيم الحفلات والمناسبات أو تنظيم وإدارة الفعاليات Companies are required to attach a valid Trade License in the system. Any company that does not possess the required business activity and classification category specified below shall be disqualified: Installation of street lighting and traffic signals or Electrical installations for public events or Electrical contracting or Electrical wiring and installations or Sale of lighting equipment and accessories (components) or Party and event planning or Event management كفالات المناقصة Tender Guarantees : يجب على المورد تقديم كفالة تأمين العطاء بقيمة (100,000) درهم قبل موعد إغلاق المناقصة، وكفالة حسن تنفيذ بنسبة 5% من قيمة العقد عند الترسية ، وذلك وفقاً للشروط العامة للمناقصة. The supplier shall provide a Bid Bond in the amount of AED (100,000 ) prior to the tender closing date, and where applicable upon award, a Performance Bond amounting to 5% of the contract value, in accordance with the General Tender Conditions.
Initial contract value scenario
AED 575,000–2,300,000Scenario: 1 units at an assumed AED 500,000–2,000,000, plus 15% coordination and delivery. Assume one initial city-decoration delivery package, not priced against lighting locations, lengths or quantities.
