01 / PRE-QUALIFICATION
Start with prequalification.
DAEP prequalifies prospective contractors, consultants and suppliers. Companies first submit an overview, provide further application documents after initial review, and are then assessed on commercial track record and/or technical expertise.
- Submit the company overview and application category.
- Proceed to the prequalification application following DAEP’s review.
- Submit the required documents for track record and technical capability assessment.
- Receive feedback and follow the buyer’s instructions for subsequent stages.
Prepare prequalification documents for the application category and buyer requirements.

Send your brief ↗Are all airport construction areas currently open tenders?
This page separates public contract status, vendor prequalification and planned construction areas. Check the DAEP official contracts page for current openings before choosing a project or prequalification route. Planned areas help you assess capability fit.
How should a contractor, consultant or supplier start DAEP prequalification?
Submit a company overview and application category first. After DAEP review, follow the prequalification application process and provide the required documents for the buyer to assess commercial experience and technical capability. We help organise the application category, company information and missing documents.
What information should we prepare for an airport project enquiry?
Prepare a company overview, intended application category, materials, engineering or equipment capabilities, relevant qualifications, similar project experience and target timing. For a selected project, add its official reference and document link. The application category and buyer requirements determine the formal checklist.
Does passing prequalification secure an invitation or a contract?
The buyer assesses companies by application category, commercial experience and technical capability, and organises participation through subsequent notices. After prequalification, review each project's scope, eligibility, costs and timing before deciding to participate.
How do we agree local support and fees for an airport project?
Tell us your capabilities, application or project stage and target timing. We outline communication routes, qualification gaps and preparation advice, then agree the scope, delivery milestones and quote. Execution follows written confirmation.
