DAYWORKS - Page c/1 Code Description Note SECTION c - DAYWORKS Note Generally Note Dayworks shall be administered strictly in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. Note The Contractor shall be paid for dayworks carried out during the course of the Contract while other operations are in progress at the rates set down in the Dayworks Schedule. Profit and overheads shall be included in the item provided for same at the end of the Labour, Material and Plant Sections of the Dayworks Schedule of Rates. Note The rates inserted in the Schedule of Dayworks shall deemed to be the rates used by the Contractor in making up rates for works items in all sections of the Bills of Quantities. Note Time engaged in the actual works only will be allowed.
